The ideal candidate should possess: a minimum of 10 years of experience in the framing industry along with a positive working attitude. Additionally, they should hold certifications in Basics of Supervision Training, WHMIS, and Working at Heights Training. A Forklift Operator License is required, along with advanced proficiency in blueprint reading.
