The framing crew that
answers immediately.

Most jobs are lost in the gap between someone asking and someone answering. We spent that effort on automation instead of on a receptionist, so the answer arrives while you are still reading.

01

The assistant

A conversational assistant sits on every page of this site. It is grounded in what we actually do — our scope, our service area, how we sequence work — and it is explicitly barred from inventing prices, past projects or credentials. When it has enough to go on, it writes your enquiry straight into our system.

02

The estimator

Framing costs are driven by a handful of things: footprint, storeys, roof complexity and whether there is a garage. The estimator runs those through a fixed, transparent model and shows you every line it used. The numbers are deterministic — no model invents your price.

03

The plan reader

Upload a floor plan, an elevation or a phone photo of a printed drawing. It reads back the framing scope it can see — wall runs, spans, openings that need real headers — and flags what we would need clarified before pricing it.

Vision · describes only what is visible · never prices

04

Triage

Every enquiry that lands is summarised in one line and priority-scored before anyone opens it. A build that is ready to start surfaces above someone researching for next year, so urgent work gets called back first.

Where we draw the line

Automation answers. People build.

Software is good at replying fast and never losing a message. It is not good at judging a site, reading a full drawing set or standing behind a number. So we let it do the first, and we do the rest.
