Residential Framing
Floor systems, walls and roofs framed square, plumb and on schedule.
We frame single-family homes from the deck up: engineered floor systems, load-bearing and partition walls, beam and post work, stairwell openings, and roof structure. Every wall is snapped to the print, plated, stood and braced with the next trade in mind, so mechanical and drywall crews walk into a shell that measures true.

Commercial Framing
Wood and light-gauge structure for commercial builds across Manitoba.
Commercial work runs on sequence and documentation. We frame to stamped drawings, hold tolerances that keep curtain wall and interior finishes on track, and coordinate around the site schedule so inspections clear the first time. We are comfortable working under a general contractor's site rules and reporting cadence.

Custom Home Builds
One-off homes where the framing has to match the architect's intent.
Custom homes are where framing stops being repetitive. Vaulted and tray ceilings, cantilevers, long-span engineered beams, feature openings and complex roof intersections all have to be read off the drawings and built right the first time. We work through the details with the builder before the lumber lands.

Custom Bungalows
Single-storey builds framed for Manitoba ground and Manitoba winters.
Bungalows put everything on one plane, which means the floor system and roof carry the whole impression of the house. We pay attention to crowning and levelling the floor, to truss layout that keeps ceilings flat, and to the details that stop movement showing up in finishes after the first heating season.

Duplex Construction
Side-by-side and up-down duplexes framed to the separation details.
Duplex framing lives or dies on the party wall. Fire separation, acoustic detailing and the structural independence of each unit have to be framed exactly as drawn, not approximated on site. We build the separation assembly properly and keep the two units true to each other.
